Affidavit Of Support for CR1 Visa Interview

I was reading some online reviews regarding CR1 visa document checklist. Different people had different reviews. One of the questions that I have is regarding Affidavit Of Support, I-864 Form. Are you supposed to fill in NEW I-864 Form at the time of interview or do you take a photocopy of I-864 Form that was submitted to NVC.

On a side note how could one fill out new affidavit of support form when a different (old) form was submitted to NVC along with other civil and financial documents?. Please help

Since now days NVC requires you to submit all documents to them before the interview date, so normally you don't take neither original nor copy of I-864 with you to interview.

Also US poverty guide lines change every year, so if you did not get an interview date before April 15 2017 then the I-864 that you have submitted to NVC is obsolete now.

In this case NVC will require your US sponsor to fill up a NEW I-864 for you base on his/her income of 2016 and that ORIGINAL I-864 you might have to take with you at the time of interview.
