Adding our daughter to our case

Greetings,

We are waiting for our interview at the US Embassy (for me and my eldest daughter) my wife is an american citizen. We had an issue while trying to obtain a birth certificate for our second daughter so her I-130 got rejected.

Now we were able to get the birth certificate and we obtained a passport for her, we would like to add her to our application so what is the quicket and best way. I heard that re-applying for the I-130 will take a long time.
