Hello, me and my mother's visa F-43 and F-41 were accepted with all the procedures in 2008. We had a time of 6 months to move to US. But due to some reasons, we could not go at that time. My question is that is it possible to re-open that exact case given that we still have all the documents from that time and a summary envelope sealed as well. Please reply if its possible to reopen/reconsider such a case? Thank you.
