Visa Availability for F2B

Where do we find visa number availability for certain embassy.


I just got email from Embassy that your administrator process is completed and please send your passport; which I did. But after two weeks from then, embassy send me a letter with my passport stating that "visa number is not available for your file at this moment". Also asking me to check below website (which doesnt work) and let them know once visa number available.

I will be appreciated if some one, could let me know how can I check if there is visa number available for my case.

My priority date was on 20 July 10 Cat F2B
