URGENT please reply
I just need to know how important the IRS tax statement is to my application. I am trying to get all my documents together to submit to NVC, but there's some sort of issue with the IRS Tax Statement and I can?t access it. If I have three or more years worth of tax returns, do I really need to have this tax statement as well? Can I submit my pack to NVC without the IRS tax statement? Please reply. I need to get this packet finished and sent off to the NVC for my husband?s visa.

You can omit the IRS transcript if you have to. You can submit you tax form 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ. You must include all schedules, all of your W-2, 1099, and any other statements of income you used to file your return.Adjustment of Status c(9) 400 days
