Hi

My mom is a green card holder in F4 category. N my brother n father are part of the petition as derivatives, they dont have the visas as yet. I would like to know how can they apply for the visa at the New Delhi embassy n get a date for interview? And, whether they can come to USA alone, or my mom has to accompany them?

Please reply, i need your help.

When your mother gets the DS-230 package, your father and brother can also fill their DS-230 forms to get immigrant visa.

Your mother has to come to USA. Just dependents can't come.
