I-751, Petition to Remove the Conditions of Residence

Hello Board,

Im new and this is my first post,
I just want to know two things.
1. Next month will be the 90 day mark to file the I-751, my question is what happens if I send it in abit early or a few days late?

2. Im planning a vaction in june with the wife and kids to go back to the philippines for a visit, I will be there about a month and the wife and kids will be back in early Aug. Is it ok to travel this close the the filing date of the I-175?
