I am greencard holder living in USA. I filed for my spouse last year. Priority date is July 2017. Currently, the F2A category dates is September 2017. I have not hearded anything from NVC. Please advice?

I'm in a similar situation (a priority date of June 2017) and the I-130 is still showing as processing, with no signs of approval. Really wondering on what to do next?

my PD is 05/22/17, I just receive I-797C a few days ago. but it's just the receipt and did not grant anything.... I'm waiting still.
