Help!!! Form I-130
Hello,
I'm applying for AOS and my husband is filing the I130 form. He's become a US Citizen this year. He's previously filed a I130 form to sponsor his ex-wife when he was a green card holder. The application was approved, but the status shown on the USCIS website is 'Expired' as they didn't go through with the process. My question is: he doesn't have the previous form filed and I've read it has to be sent as a supporting document. All we have is the case and receipt numbers and a screenshot with the result/current update. Would that be an issue? Any similar experiences?
