Hi!
I am a permanent resident and will be applying for US citizenship in 9 months. My husband has a H1B Visa. I have the following doubts:-
1) I am not working at the moment. After I become a US citizen, and apply for immigration for my husband, in the affidavit of support (I-184) form, what can I show as my income? What kind of procedure do I need to follow, (regarding that form) since I am not working.
2) If my husband applies for immigration thro' his company, once I get citizenship can my husband change his status of applying for immigration from "Employment" to "Thro' Spouse", or will he have to re-apply again for immigration thro' spouse.
