Hello all,
I filed I130 last February for my sister and family, and paid $535 as fee.
I know its a very long wait for this to come through, but what I realised now is that I haven not included any supportive documentations along with the I130 filing I made. I was under the impressions that such documentation need to be furnished at a later stage only.
(Perils of doing these kind of things without taking professional help!)
Can someone advice on what documentations do I need to prepare. And, if supporting documentation is to be added to the filing, is there an opportunity to do so now? Will that cause additional unnecessary delays for this application?
