F4 / help with the process

Hey guys,

my priority date is May 2006 and i see in the visa bulletin its may 2006 now...that means its current right ? (btw im assuming the PD is the Notice Date on the application.)

Also im confused by the other chart on visa bulletin for January 2019 (chart A.) that says may 2005......

Anyone can explain this stuff to me ?

By the looks feels like end of this year my family can move to US. (not sure how long the process takes but i've heard no more than 6-8 months.)

My case is in Europe.

You should get notification and instructions on applying for the visa when you are eligible. The chart actually says that the priority date must be earlier than the date on the chart. Maybe someone can come clarify that.

USCIS lets you know which chart to look at. The chart in B is the one this month.
