Hi,
I just wanted to know if I marry my tourist visa holder(gf) after I have already submitted my N-400 application for citizenship and is currently in the US.
- Do I inform uscis.gov while my N400 is in progress about my married status, apply for K3 visa, and file for my wife an adjustment of status?
- If married here does she need to go back home?
- Is it illegal for her to stay for over 6 months or as per POE stamp.
- If ever she gets to stay in the US legally or illegally, can she be covered under my employer's medical/health insurance.
We are flexible enough to either marry in the US or her home country. Please advice on marriage option, what would be the best thing to do?
