Can my mother and father do separate interviews?

Hello everyone.

My mother, the principal applicant got their interview letter yesterday and she currently resides in the Philippines. Interview is set on April 10. However, my father is in Algeria because of work and cannot go home until Ramadan(in June) can he do his interview there? Or my mom goes thru the interview and medical now and just wait for my father? What?s the best course to take? TIA
