I-130 - Tricky Question

I have an F-1 and I'm applying for AOS based on marriage to a US citizen. Here's the trick: when I first arrived to the US, I came on a J-1 visa. I later got accepted by a college a changed to F-1 status.

When I changed my status the first time, I was give a replacement I-94 and the validity says "valid for the duration of status".

Question: When completing the I-130 under question 14 "Date authorized stay expired, or will expire,as shown on Form I-94 or I-95" what do I write? Do I write the expiration date from my I-20 or what?

Yes, you can write that date on I-20.
