Hello everyone, My wife is in france and our application (i-130, family based) seems to move forward slowly but surely. as of now i just received the affidavid of support and she is waiting in france for the first package from the NVC.
Our I-130 application got approved this summer, so this is my question: is there any risk that in the following months my wife travels to the US only for a week to see me? does the fact that she is waiting for an interview in the paris ambassy for consular processing prevent her from being able to vsit the US as a tourist?
