Need Help with some info:
I'm became LPR in 2003, and now we (me & girl ) are planning to get married pretty soon. the girl that i'm getting married to is in US and holds H1, she also filed for her GC through her employer (I-140 has not been approved yet) my question is, 1) After marriage can i apply for her GC through family act even though her GC is applied for (employer). 2) can i change her sponser from employer based to family based. if so once applied for adjustment of status will she still hold her H1 to continue to work untill she gets her EAD. and how long will it take to get her EAD. 3) what are the chances of her getting EAD and GC through family is better than employer?I really appreciate if anybody can please provide me with info:. thank you
