green card states the wrong date of birth..can we ask USCIS to change

hi, recently i noticed that my mom's date of birth is incorrectly stated on green card as 7th July 1946(incorrect) stead of 8th July 1946 (correct).
How shud we get this changed.? Is there a way in which we can get this ammended..i am not sure of the process and the fees or the time required to get this ammended. Any help is appreciated.

you should make an INFOPASS appointment immediately to the Local USCIS office and tell them. bring all your documentation and copies. they will instruct you. also, you may want to browse the USCIS website's forms section and see if there any form to change of GCard..
