Questions about passport and social card after marriage

Hi everyone,

I am J1 visa and I just got married today so i wanted to know that do i have to change my passport under new last name?

And how about my social card? Do i need to do the same?

One more question, do you file I - 485 package with physical exam or just bring the physical exam with you when you have interview?

Also does the translation need to be certified by notary public?

I can help u with a couple of the queries...

...There's no requirement to change your name, it's ur choice.

Send the medical results (sealed envelope) with the 485 app or they will send you RFE and that will delay the process. Exam results are valid for 1 yr. ~ $150- $400 for the medical.
