I-130 for Sister, her husband and nephew

Hi,

If a U.S. citizen wants to sponsor his sister, sister's husband and their 8-year old son, does he need to file just one I-130 for his sister (which includes her husband's and son's name) or seperate I-130 for each one of them?

Just one, since technically you do not have the right to sponsor her husband individually since you are not immediately related (in immigration terms)
