Hey,
I married a US citizen a few months ago and we decided that we are going to bypass the lawyer and try to do this by ourselves.
We filled all forms, made 2 copies of everything, got a ton of supporting documents: lease, bills, marriage certificate, birth certificate, bank letter, job letters, my I20 (as I came here as a student), our pay stubs, the tax returns for the last 3 years, our W2s for the last three years, plenty of pictures, passport photos, .... and a money order for $765 for all the fees.
I'm just wondering what documents do I need to send in with my forms (I130, I485, G325A for both of us, I765, I864)?
Thanks for helping.
