i am green card holder.i file for my husband on 28 decamber 2003 in taxas servic center.my file trancfer taxas to california service center on 26 september 2006.my current status is ;-this case is now pending at the office to witch it was trancsferred.
1,how long i need to wait for my approval ??
2.it is any problam in my file it's long time?
3.i can call uscis and ask then why my file not approv at??
4.how long i need to wait for my husband visa??

Are you still a GC holder, you already became a citizen? Since, the spouses of GC holders do not get an immediate visa, but spouses of citizens do. In this case your husband, unless he has some other visa, does not have the right to be in the States. However, if you already became a citizen you can upgrade your petition and he can get a green card immediately
