Family visa - aging out of daughter

Thank you all for replies to my earlier queries.

My sis in law filed on our behalf in 1996 when my daughter was 12. Our priority dates are current now and my daughter is now 22 yrs. We have been called for consular interview but my daughters name is not in the list of family members. Will she be able to subsequently get a study visa to do her Masters in USA ? She will be the only surviving family member left here and do you think we should take her anyway to the embassy for the interview ?

Please some one help me out !
