I-130 submitted

My husband and I submitted I-130 and we know for sure that USCIS has received the documents and $190 check from us on April 11. However, they haven't even withdraw the money. Does anyone know how long they usually hold the check before cashing it? I can't even get the tracking number of my case.

Sent I-130 to Vermont on April 28th, 2007. Have not received receipt date and checks are not cashed. How long it took you to get the receipt date? Please let me know any updates....

I-130 will clear data entry stage by June 15, 2007

Click on the following link to read the statement from USCIS about the backlog for processing I-130 apps at the California and Vermont service centers. These backlogs should be cleared by June 15, 2007 or at least they are expecting the same to clear by then and become current.
