I-130 supporting document - please respond

I searched all old threads and not able to find answer to my question. Please respond.

I am planning to apply I-130 for my mother. From immihelp.com in supporting docs they say, I need to have 'proof of relation'. I have no birth certificate. But I have 'non availability' certificate + 10th class record + affidavit from my parents (mother & father).

But if I apply for my mother, can I show the same affidavit of support executed by my mother and father? Or INS doesn't consider my mothers affidavit as proof of relation doc?

Also, do I have to send my mothers birth certificate along with I-130 or my mother birth certificate should only be taken at the time of CP interview?

    Thanks a lot.

    That will be good enough.

Affidavit of support? Do yo mean affidavit of birth? No, your parents have to show their own Birth Certificates.

If they have not asked for the originals, send them a copy.

Can you pls tell me who you got the non-availability certificate from? The site mentions a local authority but in India which authority can give a non-availability certificate? Thanks
