I am a US citizen and I am married to an Indian citizen. Our marriage occurred here in the US on January 1, 2007. My husband is now in India and I am here in the US. He plans to come to the US to settle down permanently and work. Can you tell me what type of visa is best for me to apply to get him to come to the US? what would be the average time for processing?
