My brothers' files just got denied because of a bad birth certificate. The interviewer said they'd send a letter in the mail in 15-20 days.
So can I reapply now? My father and I are both citizens of the US. I'm guessing they were denied under 221g. How long should it take to bring them over here now? Do you guys suggest doing a B1 visa this time or something?
