    File petition for Fiance from overseas

    Is there a way I can file a petition for my fiance (k-1 visa) while I am living overseas? We want to come to Ameria together and have a big wedding in October, but I can't return to America till September.
    Can someone with power of attorney file the petition on my behalf?
