Nope, not as yet. My Mother In Law says put it out of my mind and it will happen but i am having a hard time doing that. Especially since it took 2 and a half years for my citizenship.

I receive I-130 approval letter yesterday and today I receive I 129f approval letter.
My question is if I want them to process I 130 not I129F do I have to send letter to NVC?
If yes then where?
And what will be the first step from NVC (after I receive my case number)

I think you should call USCIS and see what they say from there. I dont know how to advice you and don't want to say the wrong thing. Congratulations again.

Yes, you need Police Certificates as part of DS-230. Normally NVC takes 3 to 4 months time to complete the case. I am going to use James Shortcut and Online payments to finish in around 2 months time. If you are confident, you can use this method as well. Cheers !!!

I called NVC about the online payment option but they said no body can use the online payment method yet. (called to get the IIN number) Can you guys tell me little bit more these shortcuts ? Does it really work ? how long I have to wait to get this DS 3032 ?
Also I-129f got approved too.. Of course I dont want to continue on that ? Do I have to do anything to cancel I-129f application ?

I filed I-130 october /07 and i received a PRE letter on january 2008 letting me know that my receipt notice was sent to my house, i never received it, but what i did was... I called to get info about that letter, they told me that i will able to send the I-485 and I-765. My husband has done the fingerprint and i just received a evidence letter asking me to submit the I-797 notice of action, and i don't have it but the letter. what do i do?
