I received the following emails for both my I-130 and I-125F applications. I wonder what will happen next. Anyone have any experience with this?
Current Status: Approval notice sent.
On March 11, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.
Current Status: Approval notice sent.
On March 11, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

Congrats Shazizub ! That's real great news !
Since your I-130 is approved, I-129F will be invalidated and your beneficiary cannot get K-3/K-4. They need to go for IR1/CR1 now. Once you have physical copy of both approval notice, you can write to the corresponding U.S consulate about your situation. Good luck again !

What do you suggest my options are? I think I130 still requires additonal wait time of 5-6 months from this point forward correct?

If I were you, I would have opted IR1/CR1, since K-3 visa will most probably be rejected once I-130 is approved.
It is not taking 5-6 months time. If there is no RFE, NVC would take 3 months and U.S consulate would take another 1-2 months time. So it could be 4-5 months time.

Is IR1/CR1 same as I-130? Sorry, I dont know what that means. I applied for K3 because I was not sure how lonk I-130 will take so, I submitted the K3. It doesnt cost anything extra. I just wanted to bring my wife here ASAP. Please let me know what IR1/CR1 is?

IR1/CR1 is Immediate Relative/Conditional Resident Petition, which is your I-130 petition with Adjustment of Status(I-1485) or Consular Processing.
Here is the brief:
1) After marriage, U.S citizen "petitioner" will file the Form I-130 for alien spouse "beneficiary", to Chicago lockbox.
2) U.S Citizen petitioner will then receive a Form I-797C (Notice of Action) for I-130 Receipt by the USCIS
3) Approved I-130 petition will be forwarded to National Visa Center (NVC) at New Hampshire by the Service Center.
4) U.S Citizen petitioner will then receive a Form I-797 (Notice of Action) for I-130 Approval by the USCIS.
5) NVC and Foreign Consulate Steps:
a) Affidavit of Support (I-864) processing fee bill ($70) will be sent to the petitioner. Use the envelope provided by NVC, but the stamps are needed.
b) Form DS-3032 (Agent Designation) will be sent to the beneficiary. Beneficiary should complete it and sent back
to NVC as soon as possible. Use the envelope provided by NVC, but the stamps are needed.
c) Form I-864 will be sent to the petitioner after getting the above fee. Petitioner must complete it and send to NVC.
d) After getting completed DS-3032 from the beneficiary, NVC will send an Immigrant Visa (IV) bill ($335) to the agent.
e) Once the IV bill is paid, NVC will send instruction package (Packet 3) to the agent.
f) Once the NVC/Consulate receives completed Packet 3, visa appointment package (Packet 4) will be sent to the beneficiary.
g) Beneficiary should complete medical, get the Police Clearance Certificate and proceed to the Consulate interview.
Hope this helps out. Some people use James Shortcut to speed up the mailing delay between the petitioner/beneficiary and NVC. But I do not recommend it. If everything is proper (without RFE) your spouse will be in the U.S in 4 to 5 months time, after I-130 approval.
Has anyone from November heard anything back from the Vermont Service Center? I know it's a long shot but worth it anyway.lol
I cannot wait to see where they are next time they post processing times.
