MY FIRST QUERY
HI..i'm an indian..i wanted to know if i can get a dependant visa for USA..I have a blood relation holding green card there in US...what is the procedure..if i can get it..can i work or study there. YOUR REPLY--
Only spouse and minor children can get dependent green card.

MY 2'nd QUERY-
the blood relation is my real sister and she holds a green card in US..i'm still not 21 yrs old..do i come under minor? can i be sponsored in any other way..

No. First she has to become citizen. Then she sponsors you that takes 13 years.

Therefore, ask your sister when she would be eligible to apply for citizen and add 14 to 15 years to that.

Well i would do that..but i had never heard of this taking so much time..as u say 14 yrs..does'nt it stand some chance to get cleared in 5-10 years(after she's become citizen)..15 yrs would be a worst case..and meanwhile if i have applied for a greencard;during that time can i visit the US by normal visas like tourist etc.
