I would like to know that if a couple is found out to have been married outside the US before the fiancee arrived in the US under the K-1 Visa, could the fiancee's permanent status be in jeopardy even after having been in the US for more than 6 years? In other words, could the permanent status that was granted be overturned, with there also being a risk of deportation?
