Hi there... Im a greencard holder and got here in US last year thru my Dad's (Perm resident) petition under F2B category(Unmarried son over 21 yrs of age of green card holder). I went to the Phils. 2 mos. ago and got married to my GF with whom I have kids. What is the best thing for me to do for them to get here in US? Are they entitled to the following to join benefits? I miss my family a lot My son is just 4 yrs. old... I wanna be with them badly. I need your advice guys..

Your wife and children will not qualify for a Green Card for a long time (minimum 5 years).

There are not many benefits for Green Card holders, compared to US citizens... your family is not allowed to come with you as your dependents.

Best thing would be, if you can help her get an H1 visa... that is pretty much it... or wait out the 5 or so years, that it will take for a visa number (for a GC).
