Our I-130 and I-129F (K-3 visa) for my spouse were approved together at the same time by USCIS. What happens next? I thought a K-3 visa cannot be issued once the I-130 has been approved?

Yes, I have and that's why I'm confused. If one is not eligible for K-3 once the I-130 is approved, then how did both my I-130 and K-3 get approved by USCIS at the same time? Is there any way I can elect to proceed with I-130 and stop K-3 so I don't have to file adjustment of status? Doesn't this conflict with the procedures?Originally posted by immihelpPlease look at the procedure at https://www.immihelp.com/usa-visas/k...n-process.html
