Green Card holder marriage with a non greencard holder ?

I am from germany and I am green card holder. I would like to know if I can get married with a non green card holder and if yes is there a possibility to live together in the USA ?

My parents bought a house in LV and I would like to live there after marriage. I heard many stories that wife and husband have to wait more than 7 years until they are allowed to live together in the US. I hope it will not take so long.

My fiancee is vietnamese and is 20 years old. Many people say that it´s very difficult for vietnamese and young age to immigrate into the US.

Please tell me if there is a possibility to live together in USA. If there is a possibility please tell me what we have to do, how long we have to wait and which documents we have to prepare.

It will take at least 5-6 years for the spouse of greencard holder to be able to get greencard.

After marriage, she is NOT your fiancee.

And anyway, fiancee visa is only for fiancee of US citizen.

Is it possible marry in Vietnam and then go to the US embassy in Vietnam and apply for the K3 Visa. Is it right to do the I-130 first before applying for the Visa ?

And is the option to apply for K3 Visa also available for green card holders ? How long can my wife stay in US with a K3 Visa ? And how long does it usually take in Vietnam until she has a K3 Visa ?

K3 visa option is only for US citizens.

There is no other option than to wait 5-6 years. Sorry.

This is a sad answer but anyway we ave to make the best of it. Is it possible after the marriage in Vietnam to apply for a tourist Visa for US for 6 month with the possibility to extension 6 months ? And is it allowed to study in US with a tourist Visa ? Or is it allowed to apply a student Visa after entering the US with a tourist Visa ? All we want is stay long time together as possible.

When all the possibility which I asked are not possible, how often can I stay outside US with entering the US once a year for about 1 month ? Can I do this 5 years ?

She can't get tourist visa. She can't get student visa. I already told you that there is no other option than to wait for 5-6 years. OK?
