I recently got a divorce from my husband from Mexico, He had come here illegal and was illegal intill we were married for 4 years then applied for his papers to become a perminet resident, I believe he only married me to gain those papers and to bring his family here who are living here for 6 years illegally. I would like information on how he can be investegated for this and also he is on his 3rd OWI and still driving and drinking.

If you already filed the petition to remove conditions after 2 years and he got permanent greencard, he is all set. There is nothing much you can do.
