If they plan to get married here in the status he should petition for her to get a K1 visa..this takes anywhere from 1 to 6 months. Upon arrival here in the states they will have to get married within 90 days. If they get married in India then he will have to petition for her to get a K3 visa ..this takes anywhere from 1 - 12 months. With either visa and once here in the status then they file for GC. This will take 6 months or more for the whole process.

She is on B1/B2 Visa. Can she come here after the marriage on B1 and then apply for green card? What about doing the GC through consular processing and attend consulate in India and then come here? How long it takes to get GC through consular processing?

No, she can not come to the USA on a B1/B2 visa with the intention to file for her GC.

She must go through consular processing and it should take 6-12 months.
