Need to sponsor parents -- please help
Greetings all,
I recently became a US citizen and now would like to sponsor my parents. Could someone who has been through this process share his/her experiences?
I know I need to file form I-130 but are there any other forms to be filed?
My parents have visitor's visa and they visit US every year, is it better to file when they are here? or is better to file when they are back home...they generally visit here during summer months?
How long does the process normally takes? How much does it typically costs?
