RFE on my I-130 application

Hi all,
first of all, thanks for all the help you guys have provided me before. This time I have a new question: I had filed I-130 for my wife in Oct '08. Got a RFE last week where they have sent me a copy of my original I-130 application's first page, highlighting two sections I had forgotten to fill (they were 'previous spouse' questions - and having had none I just thought I would leave it blank - big mistake!). So anyway, now they want me to fill the problematic areas and send them a response. Now I am confused about what really to send them:
- should I send them the whole application all over?
- or should I send them just the page they had sent me in their RFE after providing the missing values (i.e. none or n/a in the 'previous husband/wife' question #11).

Here's the exact text of their wording:
'Complete the item(s) circled in red , on the attached copy of the petition'

hi, i had the same problem. I filled whatever i left blank on the origional copy and sent it. then everything was fine.

thanks for the info, I'm still confused. by 'original copy' you mean a copy of the form you had originally submitted? or was it just the single page you received on the RFE that you sent back?
