Advice Needed
Hi
Just need some advice regarding processing family based GC.
My dad was in the USA on a green card 20 years ago returned back to India and did not maintain his GC active. I am now a US citizen and am planning to apply for a Green Card for him. Will there be any delay in processing his application just beacuse of his prior GC status. Any help/advice on this is greatly appreciated.
