u can simply send an email to NVC requesting them about the status of ur case at [email protected] mentioning your case no., the petitioner's name and DOB and ur(benificiary) name and DOB. by this way ur email will be registered and u can get ur invoice ID also. they take about 30 days to reply so do it soon

welcome letter

Can anybody please explain me what's welcome letter from NVC? My PD is 24th March 2005 for F3, India. When can I expect it? I live away from the address registered with NVC so I might need to ask my relative to keep an eye on the mail box.

Thanks for your response happy70. I noticed in your earlier post that your PD in Feb 2005, you're a F3 applicant from India. Mine is Mar 2005, F3, India so does that mean I can expect welcome letter sometime soon (may be this year?)

What is next for F1 student after "NVC welcome letter"?

Hello all,
I am an over 21 years old international student. Recently, I got “NVC welcome letter” (family visa). Since, I am in the USA, I paid AOS fees but not for “IV Application Processing Fees”.
Should my parents (Citizen) go a head and submit “Financial Documents” and “Supporting Documents” along with I-485, G-325A, I-765, and I-131 or they have to wait till my visa date got current? Is there any other process needs to be complete?

If you have all civil documents only in English then better to send plain photocopies otherwise they think that it was translated in English and attested by Notary, in this case they will ask you again same plain documents.
