Hi Zeed, what’s up. Is your priority date is current now. Did you contact embassy again. Actually my PD is current again now in recent visa bulletin. I am trying to contact embassy, but there is no response. Please suggest what do now.

Oh Nice I have just recalled your pd , it is July 2001 but it is current for the July visa bulletin (Next month). For this month it is June 1 , 2001. So embassy will contact you next month.

Thanks a lot Zeed. Yes my PD is July first week 2001. Actually I did not know how visa bulletin works. By the way how did you contact embassy, because since last few month whenever I tried to contact embassy there was no e-mail reply nor telephonic response.

hi, my case is completed in April 2011.

As per current scenario, it can take 8-9 months for interview.

We have not heard of anyone getting AOS package whose PD is after September 2002.

Nice! I always contact them by email. contacting them by phone is uphill task. Sometimes they even don't reply emails. Contacting DOS Washington by phone is easier at 6.30 Pm Pak time.. My pd is Nov 2001. Few days ago I Called Dos ( 0012026631225 then press 1 and 0) . They told my that this month current Pd is June 1, 2001.

I've been in the same situation.My mom who was the petitioner passed away 3 years ago.So when my PD became current in April 2010,I had to submit a humanitarian reinstatement.It was approved six months later,but unfortunately because of the retrogression I have to wait.All the paper work is done by my lawyer,so I strongly advise you to hire one.

Thank you klast for that information I got from you. and thanks for your advice! In my case, my PD became current in February 2010 but my father died on April 2011. I have submitted my HR to NVC last May 2011 and till now no feedback yet from USCIS. Well, from your experience, it took 6 months for USCIS to render a favorable decision on your case. Looking at the reasons I gave in my HR letter request(I posted earlier), do we have the same reasons? Are my reasons (in your opinion only) qualifies too for a favorable decision from USCIS? thnks again!

Someone predicted that August VB will be 22AUG01 based on appointment letters received by F3 applicants. Any other prediction ?
