I am a naturalized US citizen. My grandmother and dad are here in US on a visitor visa. My dad is my grandma's only son and she is solely dependent on him. Is there a way for me to get a greencard for my grand mother?

You should file for your dad but you cannot file for your grandmother. There is no visa category for your grandmother. Your dad will have to wait until he completes his citizenship in order to file for your grandmother.Originally posted by paachoo View PostI am a naturalized US citizen. Sorry I dont have better news for you. Check the instuctions page for the I-130 to see "who can file " and also the visa categories.
