I am interested in filing I-485, so can you please tell me the fees.
My file is based on Family Based Category. Filing is under F2B catagory and then my mother became from PR to Citizen. So it should move to Family based 1st preference catagory. My mother initially filed I-130 under F2B ( in March, 2002) and got approval 2 years back. Then I came to USA on valid F1 visa which is currently i am holding. If NVC upgrade my case to 1st preference then priority dates are current.
So,...basically its very urgent to file for me...can you please provide me additional information
