I-864, Affidavit of support filing fee

Is there a filing fee for I-864 (Affidavit of support) when filed with I-485? The USCIS website states that Dept of State charges $70 if reviewed domestically but the instructions for I-864 doesn't say anything about the fee.
What am I to do? Send a check for $70 (to who?)? I'm filing I-130 and I-485 concurrently for my mom who is currently in U.S.

If you are filing the I-130 and I-485 concurrently then there is no fee for the I-864. The $70.00 fees comes into play when you file the I-130 alone and the National Visa Center has to process the affidavit of support as part of consular processing.
