I DON't know what to do

I am a permanent resident.My dauther is 26 not maried.She has 6 months visitors visa B2.
I'll fill I-130 pettition for her when she come in USA .
1.need to know how can she stay legally in USA while waiting for I-130 to be approved and to fill i-485 after that,
2. if she is in USA do she need to wait for visa number or she may fill I-485 immediatlly after approval of I-130
3.I live in Fl .Is Texas Service Center is the center where I-130 will be proceed/the proceeding time in this center is quick/

You didnt provide dates so I am assuming this is a recent situatation:

Since she is not an immidiate relative and her priority date is not current, she cannot adjust her status now while she is in the USA as this would be premature. Your AOS will be rejected...Further, if she overstays the consequences will be more severe.
