question about 130

hi,

i filled my family based GC with all documents as priority date 14th September, just received my I485 interview on 4th Jan. but my I30 is still pending. just confused with situation...anybody were in same boat??? please share your experience.

Hi,
I485 interview to be attended by sponsor and petitioners(mom/dad)..
and in our experience, both(I485/ I130) are approved together after oath taking/ verification of documents and interview by the officer..
pl carry all the originals reqd/any action notices recd..if everything in order including
I693/I864 papers, u will get positive responce within next business day.
(Hv u regd e mail id with them..if yes, u will get ur case status by mail)
