Any Minimum stay in US before applying for GC for parents?

My Parents visiting US on Visitors visa from last 10 years. Planning to apply for GC now.
They came here a week ago(04/21). Before applying, want to check, if they need to be in the US for any specific period? or Can they apply now? Thanks

The problem with applying immediately is that it could look that they planned to enter with visitors visa and apply for GC and that is not the correct way to do it. I know that some people wait 60 or 90 days, so they can say the petitioner was able to convince the parents to stay and apply for GC.
