Hi folks. I just wanna ask if anybody here has filed petition for their kids living outside the US. My husband is a US Citizen and we are planning to petition my kids who are all minor from the Philippines. Has anybody here have a table of contents that we can copy from? Do my kids need to have a passport in order to file the petition or just birth certificates and our marriage contract? Because im confused on form I-130 Part 4 BENEFICIARY'S ENTRY INFORMATION QUESTION 47-50. My kids havent entered US since then, should i leave this blank?

If they are not in the US, you don't need to answer Part 4 #46a-d. For Part 4 #47-50, enter the information for their passport or travel document information. If they do not yet have a passport, you can probably put something like "none" for passport number.
This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
