My husband is in the removal proceedings. We have been married before he entered there... but never filled no paper work. We filled the i130 & received a recp 6/24/19. We tried to expedite it... but it got denied. How long until an approval? Looking online at the processing times makes my heart sad. Anybody else going through something similar?
